Why You Need An Expert

The immigration law in the U.S. is notoriously complex. Legal representation can often save you time and frustration when it comes to immigration matters. In our practice, we are exclusively dedicated to immigration law. It is our mission to provide our clients with solutions to highly complicated legal issues they face while attempting to obtain legal status in the United States.

WHAT WE ARE EXPERTS AT

Asylum

We represent people in applications for asylum before the USCIS. We successfully represented clients from ex-USSR countries, Mexico and Central America, counties of the African continent and others. We have Russian, Spanish and French speaking staff at the office who are able to communicate with our clients in their native language. We represent people in asylum cases based on their political opinion, ethnicity, gender, being a member of the LGBTQ+ community, religion and other grounds.

Defense From Deportation

We defend our clients from deportation at the immigration court level, Board of Immigration Appeals and the 9 circuit federal court of appeals. We represent our clients in the immigration detention as well. A strategy of defense is being built for every client individually based on their unique case and life circumstances. We use country conditions experts and medical professionals to build the strongest case possible. We do provide a “hands holding” service for our clients who have to appear at the immigration court as we understand how intimidating it may be and how consequential the decisions of the court are for their future.

Family-Based Immigration

We are experienced in all types of family-based immigration, including petitions by family members, fiancee visas, and consular processing for relatives overseas. We also provide services to family members overseas, as well as the ones applying for green cards in the U.S. We accompany our clients to the interviews at the USCIS if they are located in the U.S. We also handle cases where a waiver is needed to overcome a ground of inadmissibility in order to obtain lawful permanent residency in the U.S.

Naturalization

We represent people applying for citizenship, including people who need a medical waiver due to their inability to take the exam.

T Visa

We represent people who have been subjected to forced labor.

U Visa

We represent people who have become victims of certain crimes and who cooperated with law enforcement.
